Where we are today

SATO currently generates its revenue from its existing Québec operations (digital-asset mining) and is working to convert a portion of the Québec site to AI and high-performance computing. No definitive agreement for that conversion has been signed.

20 MW of power is connected at our Québec site today. Center One (Québec) is powered by Hydro-Québec hydroelectricity and currently supports SATO's existing operations (digital-asset mining). Conversion of a portion of the site to AI and high-performance computing is planned, subject to financing and agreements, and that capacity is not yet available. Prospective clients are invited to register their interest.

In July 2026 SATO signed a non-binding letter of intent with the Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority (Bhutan) to develop a phased, hydro-powered AI data-centre project intended to serve demand from India. Bhutan is a sovereign, stable jurisdiction. The LOI contemplates an initial 5 MW phase and the reservation of up to 100 MW of firm power, with a potential expansion pathway to 500 MW. The project is at an early stage and is subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, regulatory approvals and financing; there is no assurance it will proceed.
